In 1977, we were approached by a group looking to launch the very first total sports network. Headquartered in Bristol, CT, the original building was finished in 1979 and aired their first broadcast that same year. Today, ESPN has become the Worldwide Leader in Sports and it's programming and campus have been seen by millions and millions of viewers.
